Literah is sold once. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no tier to upgrade to later. You pay a single price and the library is yours for good, including the worlds we add after you buy.

The price

Lifetime access to the Literah library is a single payment of R$299 in Brazil, or $75 in every other country. That is the whole cost: one payment, charged once, with nothing further to pay afterwards.

You are being quoted in US dollars ($75), based on where you appear to be. The Brazilian price is set for the Brazilian market rather than converted from the dollar price, so the two figures are deliberately not equivalent to one another.

Either way it buys the same thing: 126 literary worlds — about $0.60 a world at your price, paid once rather than monthly.

Any sales tax or VAT due in your country is calculated and shown by Paddle at checkout, on top of the price above, before you pay.

What the payment includes

The complete library. Every world we have published — 126 of them today, each classic mapped into its characters, places, objects, themes and the passages that carry it.
Every world added later. The library keeps growing and new worlds are included at no further cost, for as long as Literah runs.
The author’s own words. Passages appear verbatim, not paraphrased or summarised.
Reading on any device you own. Phone, tablet or desktop, in the browser, with your place kept. There is no app store to go through, though Literah can be added to your home screen if you want it there.
No advertising and no upsells. Nothing inside the library is sold separately, and nothing is held back behind a further payment.

What it is not

It is not a subscription. Nothing recurs, nothing renews, and there is no billing date to remember or cancel. We do not store your card, and you will not be charged again unless you deliberately buy something else from us in future.

It is also not a per-book purchase. Literah is sold as one library rather than title by title, so there is no way to buy a single world on its own.

How you pay

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller and the merchant of record for every Literah purchase. Your contract of sale for the payment is with Paddle, and their buyer terms apply alongside our own. Paddle collects the payment, calculates any tax due and issues your invoice; we provide the library itself.

Your account is created from the email address you pay with, so use one you can still receive mail at — you sign in with a code sent to it.

Refunds

You have 14 days to change your mind, for any reason or none, and we refund you in full. The details are in our Refund Policy. Because the purchase is a one-off, there is nothing else to cancel.

If the price changes

The introductory price is expected to rise as the library grows. A price change applies only to purchases made after it takes effect: what you paid is what you paid, and a later increase never results in a further charge or a loss of access.

Questions about a charge

If a charge looks wrong, or you are not sure what you were billed for, email servico@apis-ia.com before disputing it with your bank and we will sort it out. Paddle also emails a receipt for every purchase, which names both Paddle and Literah.
